An optimist by nature, Mr. Prathmesh Raorane is the Co-founder of Renovate India and holds a Post Graduate Degree in Social work. He also has a Management Degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management. Studies (NMIMS) in Social Entrepreneurship. Prathmesh carries more than a decade of experience in development sector and has actively worked in the field of Research and Development in the organisations like International Institute of Population Studies (IIPS) and Kotak Education Foundation. A spearhead of the organisation, he not only provides a direction to RI for it to proceed further, but also represents the brand RI in the industry. He loves meeting new people and adding their experience to his knowledge. His work domain coincides with his personal strengths of networking and connecting with new people, conceptualizing projects and driving the stakeholders in one direction. Off-work, he is an outdoor person who enjoys trekking, theatre art and travelling.

An anchor and the Co-founder of Renovate India, Mr. Alok Kadam is a people’s person who strongly believes in collaborative working ideology. He leads the front in People Management and ensures disciplined and timed efforts to deliver an efficient performance. He holds a Post Graduation degree in social work and a management degree from Narsee Monji Institute of Management studies (NMIMS) in Social Entrepreneurship and has a decade long work experience in the domains of Health, Livelihood along with inclusion of North East Indians.
At Renovate India he manages the Community Development Programme and provides focused mentoring to Community Based Organisations. He is extremely efficient and committed in handling CBO based stakeholders. Off work he loves spending quality time with his family. He makes sure to visit his native place at Konkan at least once a year. He is a diehard fan of cricket.

An MBA in Social entrepreneurship from NMIMS, Mr. Sunny Pawar has previously worked in the areas of Health and Education. Sunny completed his Post Graduation from Nirmala Niketan (CSW), Mumbai. He carries 12 years’ of strong experience in the field of Social Work and Training and Facilitation and is passionate towards facilitating workshops for youth, women and NGO staff capacity building. At Renovate India he leads in Content Development, NGO Capacity Building and Research Department. Also as a Managing Director, he gives direction to the Organisation.

Mr. Ninad Pramod Khanvilkar, an Engineer by qualification, and an Entrepreneur by profession, has been a significant addition to the Renovate India team and holds a pivotal role in design and development of India’s First Platform for to Mobilise requirements within Indian Social Sector – GlocalBodh App and Web. Ninad has been the Director and Chief Operating Officer for his venture – Sumzupp (Online Ed-tech solution). He comes with hands-on experience with tech-solutions space, with avid knowledge of building and streamlining business processes. In 2016, he paved his way out on his own, gaining ground-level experience in building tech products and making them sustainable. An apt Orator, a Product Enthusiast and a Team Lead, Ninad proves to be a strong contributor towards overall ideology for end-user experience and deliver quality services to RI clients. At Renovate India he leads the Client Relationships and Technology department.

Priyanka is our Assistant Manager – NGO Capacity Building at Renovate India. With over six years of pivotal contributions in roles spanning HR, design, Learning & Development, and CSR, she has played a key part in shaping initiatives like the GlocalBodh platform and driving transformative grassroots programs.
A commerce graduate from the University of Mumbai, Priyanka brings cross-sectoral leadership experience, having also served as CRM Head – Operations at VR Crystal Hearing Solutions. Known for her adaptability, strategic mindset, and commitment to community development, she is instrumental in empowering grassroots organisations with knowledge, tools, and capacity to create sustainable impact.
Sian brings a solid foundation in psychology research and experience in science communication. She believes in compelling storytelling, supporting the growth of NGOs, and providing data-driven solutions. Having previously studied and worked in the UK, she is dedicated to the impact mission of Renovate India. With her in this role, we can bridge the gap between research dissemination and various audiences.
Mrs. Sunita is a dedicated professional with an extensive background, having served as Project Coordinator at Triratna Prerna Mandal from November 2009 to May 2023 and currently as a Field Executive at Renovate India. In her role as Project Coordinator, she demonstrated exceptional skills in preparing detailed project reports, annual reports, and project presentations. Her effective communication with diverse communities, networking with officials, and handling documentation showcased her proficiency in project management. Her responsibilities also included managing escalations and queries, conducting surveys, and leading a team while efficiently handling paperwork for presentations. In her present role at Renovate India as a Field Executive, she continues to bring her wealth of experience and dedication, contributing to the organization’s ongoing success through her field-related responsibilities.
Vinit Magade is a dedicated social work professional with extensive experience in project management, community development, and coordination across multiple organizations and social causes. With a strong foundation in social work, Vinit has consistently demonstrated a commitment to improving the lives of vulnerable populations.
Ms. Anuja embarked on her educational journey by earning a government diploma in fine arts from Kala Vidya Sankul Polytechnic and further honed her skills with a diploma in Graphic Designing and Motion Graphics at Asmita Applied Art Academy. With a commendable 2-year track record as a Graphic Designer, she currently holds the Executive position as a Creative Designer at Renovate India, showcasing her proficiency in the realm of Graphic Designs, Video-editing and Motion Graphics

Parag is a dedicated social work professional whose journey reflects both passion and purpose in the field of community development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the College of Social Work, Nirmala Niketan, where he also completed a Certificate Course in Social Entrepreneurship, equipping him with innovative approaches to social change. He is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from the same institution, further enhancing his expertise in the development sector.

Rupali completed my graduation in Commerce from Sterling College, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. After graduation, I also pursued a computer course, PDCAP (Professional Diploma in Computer Applications), to strengthen my technical skills.
She began my career as a Customer Executive in a corporate company. Thereafter, she worked with multiple organizations in roles such as Back Office Executive, Administrative Executive, and HR cum Admin. Through these experiences, Rupali gained valuable knowledge about workplace presentation, professional conduct, and efficient task management.
Over the course of her career, Rupali have consistently focused on self-improvement, learning how to enhance my skills, progress steadily, and maintain an upward growth trajectory. She brings with me a total of 8 years of diverse work experience.
Rupali has recently joined Renovate India as an Employee Volunteer. Renovate India, being a social enterprise, has provided her with a unique opportunity to explore and learn in a different sector. Rohit is a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) graduate with diverse professional experience across customer service and production supervision. He has worked with Concentrix Services India Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Service Associate and with Luminaz Safety Glass Pvt. Ltd. as a Production & Dispatch Supervisor.
He is currently working with Renovate India as a Management Trainee – NGO Capacity Building (NCB), where he continues to strengthen his skills in communication, leadership, and organizational development.
