Prathmesh carries more than a decade of experience in development sector and has actively worked in the field of Research and Development in the organisations like International Institute of Population Studies (IIPS) and Kotak Education Foundation. A spearhead of the organisation, he not only provides a direction to RI for it to proceed further, but also represents the brand RI in the industry. He loves meeting new people and adding their experience to his knowledge. His work domain coincides with his personal strengths of networking and connecting with new people, conceptualizing projects and driving the stakeholders in one direction. Off-work, he is an outdoor person who enjoys trekking, theatre art and travelling.

An anchor and the Co-founder of Renovate India, Mr. Alok Kadam is a people’s person who strongly believes in collaborative working ideology. He leads the front in People Management and ensures disciplined and timed efforts to deliver an efficient performance. He holds a Post Graduation degree in social work and a management degree from Narsee Monji Institute of Management studies (NMIMS) in Social Entrepreneurship and has a decade long work experience in the domains of Health, Livelihood along with inclusion of North East Indians.
At Renovate India he manages the Community Development Programme and provides focused mentoring to Community Based Organisations. He is extremely efficient and committed in handling CBO based stakeholders. Off work he loves spending quality time with his family. He makes sure to visit his native place at Konkan at least once a year. He is a diehard fan of cricket.

Mr. Ninad Pramod Khanvilkar, an Engineer by qualification, and an Entrepreneur by profession, has been a significant addition to the Renovate India team and holds a pivotal role in design and development of India’s First Platform for to Mobilise requirements within Indian Social Sector – GlocalBodh App and Web. Ninad has been the Director and Chief Operating Officer for his venture – Sumzupp (Online Ed-tech solution). He comes with hands-on experience with tech-solutions space, with avid knowledge of building and streamlining business processes. In 2016, he paved his way out on his own, gaining ground-level experience in building tech products and making them sustainable. An apt Orator, a Product Enthusiast and a Team Lead, Ninad proves to be a strong contributor towards overall ideology for end-user experience and deliver quality services to RI clients. At Renovate India he leads the Client Relationships and Technology department.

Mrs. Ashwini Joshi is a professional free-lance consultant in NGO sector. She has extensive experience of ground work in this sector leading the way ahead to develop foundations in basics of running any NGO. Initially, through pro-active practices of maintaining documentation for client NGOs, Ashwini’s efforts resulted in to acquiring expertise for setting up guidelines for NGO staff by maintaining their data in a systematic way. Ashwini has single-handedly supported more than 35 NGOs through her consultancy by means of report writing assignments and hand holding support. At Renovate India, Ashwini has been entrusted to lead as a Hand-holding Expert under NGO Capacity Building (NCB) vertical.
Ms. Ekta is a committed professional with a commendable six years of experience in the social development sector, focusing on the vital intersection of NGOs and CSR. Throughout her career, Ms. Ekta has demonstrated a profound commitment to creating positive social impact and contributing to the betterment of communities. In her role within the NGO sector, Ms. Ekta has been instrumental in designing and implementing various projects aimed at addressing pressing social issues. Her hands-on experience ranges from working on education and healthcare initiatives to environmental sustainability and women’s empowerment programs.
Ms. Ekta’s reporting and networking skills are integral to her success in the social development sector, especially in her interactions with government bodies and CSR stakeholders. Mr. Ritankar Chakraborty is a biostatistician and public health researcher based in Mumbai, India, with specialized expertise in child health, nutrition, demography, and statistical analysis. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Biostatistics and Demography from the International Institute for Population Sciences (IIPS), Mumbai, focusing on child anthropometry in India.
He holds multiple degrees from IIPS, including an M.Phil. and M.Sc. in Biostatistics and Demography, with research focusing on child mortality, immunization inequalities, and related health outcomes.
Ritankar has hands-on field experience, including surveys involving Anganwadi workers, and has interned as a Data Analyst at SEARCH Foundation, analyzing maternal and child health data.
He has presented his work at international conferences (London and Kathmandu) and has authored peer-reviewed publications on topics such as malnutrition (ICDS coverage), HIV/AIDS awareness, and COVID-19 vaccine hesitancy among parents.

Mrs. Sunita is a dedicated professional with an extensive background, having served as Project Coordinator at Triratna Prerna Mandal from November 2009 to May 2023 and currently as a Field Executive at Renovate India. In her role as Project Coordinator, she demonstrated exceptional skills in preparing detailed project reports, annual reports, and project presentations. Her effective communication with diverse communities, networking with officials, and handling documentation showcased her proficiency in project management.
