The Magic Bus Programme, implemented at G.D. Ideal High School and Shri R S Dubey Adharsh Vidyalaya in Nalasopara, Maharashtra, aims to impart 21st Century Life Skills to adolescents. An assessment involving 25 students and various stakeholders (parents, teachers, community members, and project staff) revealed positive changes in attentiveness, confidence, and responsibility among students. The programme promotes a gender-neutral environment and enhances skills like communication, teamwork, decision-making, and problem-solving. Stakeholders emphasize the importance of collaborative efforts for holistic development and express satisfaction with the programme’s impact. Recommendations include continued support to foster growth and success in students.
